We're lucky enough to own a waterfront property in the West Vancouver postal code.  Although our primary options have moved from West Vancouver on the sale of our main location, we're still part of the Senior's Centre and Snow Angel volunteer program up to 2023.  

We manage multiple properties on the beautiful Gulf Islands.  We have a property for sale on Pender Island in the  Magic Lake community, Located on the Southern Gulf Islands with easy ferry access from Vancouver and Victoria:

Our experienced family support therapist is home based in Gibsons, BC. If you or a family member needs asssistance and check-in, Deborah is available to assist. We work on donations and once you are vetted, we will provide her direct contact information and arrange directly with her on covering her expenses.

Our portfolio of managed properties includes 80 acre of farmland with plenty of access to water, right on the property. In the fertile farmland community of Eriksdale, Manitoba.    Open to offers on the sale or lease of the property. Not listed on MLS at this point in time.

As part of our retirement community planning, we are looking at properties for sunbird destinations in Mexico and  possibly southern Asia if world situation improves. Currently Canada is our focus.
